What is Botox?
Botox® is a popular injection that relaxes your muscles to decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Botox injection appointments take just 30 minutes and don’t require extra time for recovery. If you’re like most patients, you’ll return to normal activity immediately.
What can Botox do?

When will I see the results of my Botox injections?
You will notice changes as soon as 48-72 hours after your injections. Even so, you may not enjoy its full effects for 7-10 days after the procedure. Two weeks after your injections, you must revisit Rejeune MD for Dr. Strong to evaluate your results at that time, further enhancements are done if needed.
Your Botox results last anywhere from three to six months. Once they subside, you may return for additional injections to maintain your optimal look. Dr. Strong helps you form a treatment plan that works with your schedule to keep up on your injections.
Am I a good candidate for Botox?
Typically, good candidates for Botox:
- Are 18 or older
- Do not have allergies to any of the ingredients
- Aren’t pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have realistic goals for the treatment
